By joining the Inner Circle membership program, you agree to the following terms:
Recurring Payments
For annual members, your credit card will be charged automatically each year on your renewal date. If you signed up with a free trial, your card will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain current and to cancel prior to your renewal or trial expiry if you do not wish to continue.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before your renewal date. Please note that no refunds will be provided for payments already processed or for unused portions of your membership term.
Legacy Pricing
As a valued Inner Circle member, your membership rate is locked in for the life of your active subscription. If you choose to cancel and later wish to rejoin, you will need to sign up at the current annual rate, which may be higher than your original legacy price.
Personal Use Only
Your membership is for individual use only. Sharing your login or course content with others is not permitted. Each membership is intended for a single user. We trust you to honour this policy as part of our creative and respectful community.
Access to Content
Your membership includes full access to the Inner Circle video library and related resources for as long as your subscription remains active. If your membership expires or is cancelled, access to the content will end at the conclusion of your billing period.
Content Updates
We may update, remove, or add content to the Inner Circle library at our discretion to reflect seasonal themes, evolving creative practices, or community feedback. Rest assured, these changes are designed to enrich your experience and learning.
Technical Access & Support
We strive to provide seamless access to all materials via the Kajabi platform. In the event of any technical difficulties or outages beyond our control, we appreciate your patience. For help, you can always reach out toĀ us forĀ support.
Termination of Membership
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the membership in rare cases where terms are violated (e.g., account sharing, misuse of content, or inappropriate behaviour in community spaces). Our intention is always to preserve a respectful and positive environment for all members, and any such actions will be taken thoughtfully and with fairness.
Privacy
Your personal information is protected and will only be used to manage your account and deliver your membership experience. We do not share your data with third parties, except as required to process payments or operate theĀ Inner Circle Membership platform.
